Did You Know:

According to Revelation 1:10, John wrote almost the entire book of Revelation from the perspective of his being on the last day of this age; so most of it hasn’t happened yet.

The seven days of “the Creation” as written in the first chapter of Genesis were possibly 7000 years if you consider II Peter 3:8.

The book of Revelation is a “book of sevens”, as it references 7 churches, 7 seals, 7 thunders, 7 trumpets, 7 vials, 7 angels, etc.; and 7 is the number for spiritual perfection in Biblical numerics.

Most Christians would agree that failure to accept Jesus as their personal Savior would be unforgivable, largely based on John 3:16; but the Bible also declares the only sin that is “unforgivable” is to blaspheme the Holy Spirit, (Mark 3:28&29).  Is that a conflict?

There are two accounts of Jesus’ genealogy given in the Bible, one in Matthew 1:1-15 and the other in Luke 3:23-39; but actually the one in Matthew is the genealogy of Joseph, the husband of Mary, who was not actually Jesus’ father by blood.

The seven “seals” in the book of Revelation are not actions that are happening as they are being told, rather they are things to be sealed in your brain, or in other words, pieces of knowledge; also, they are not given in their proper chronological order, (Revelation 6 & 8).

Mark, the author of the Gospel that bears his name, was just a teenage boy when he sat around listening to the things that were going on between Jesus and His disciples.

Would the so-called “flames” of Hell, as they are commonly imagined, have the same effect (or any effect for that matter) on a spiritual body as they do on a flesh body?

God promised Abram (Genesis 13:16) and Jacob (Genesis 28:14) that their seed would be as numerous as the dust of the earth, and that through their family all other families of the earth would be blessed; and He also likened the number of their descendants to the stars of heaven and the sand of the sea, (Genesis 15:5; Genesis 22:17; Genesis 32:12).

When God made Abram the promise of a child (Isaac) through Sarai He changed the name of Abram (exalted father) to Abraham (father of a multitude) by adding the 5th letter of the Hebrew alphabet (H), and He changed the name of Sarai (princely) to Sarah (princess) by adding that same 5th letter of the Hebrew alphabet; and 5 is the number for “grace” in Biblical numerics, (Genesis 17:1-15).

Satan is in heaven right now playing the role of “the accuser”; and he will stay there until Michael the archangel kicks him out, (Revelation 12:7-10 & II Thessalonians 2:7).

II Corinthians 11:14 states that Satan is “transformed” into an angel of light; but did you know the Greek word from which the English word “transformed” was rendered is metaschematizo,   which can also be translated “disguised”, (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Greek #3345).

There is an acrostic in the book of Lamentations which has chapters 1, 2, and 4 each consisting of 22 verses beginning with each of their successive corresponding 22 letters of the ancient Hebrew alphabet except verses 16 and 17, which have their letters transposed; chapter 3 has 66 verses containing that same pattern in 3 verse increments, and chapter 5 has 22 verses with no such pattern.  I guess the question is why would it have been written that way?

Moses asked God what he should tell the children of Israel His name was, and God told him to tell them, “I Am That I Am”, (Exodus 3:13&14); and that name can be found in an acrostic in the book of Esther, (Esther  7:5).

Did you know that both the first and second Advents of our Lord were prophesied in the Old Testament, (Zechariah 9:9&10)?

Jesus told His disciples if they didn’t understand the parable of the sower, they wouldn’t understand any of the others, (Mark 4:13); so does that fact apply to us as well?

The Bible declares that Christ, not God the Father, created all things, including this world age, (John 1:3&10).

King Solomon once had a conversation with God in which he so pleased our Father that God made him the richest and the wisest man that ever lived; unfortunately, Solomon awoke to find out it was all just a dream, (I Kings 3:5-15)!

In Matthew 16:18 Jesus said, “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock  I will build my church”. The word “Peter” and the word “rock” both mean “stone” as taken from the Greek language, but “Peter” is petros (a smaller or “moveable” piece of stone) and “rock” is petra (a large or “immoveable” stone).

When Moses died Satan desperately wanted to have his body and bones, but God buried him and kept the location a secret, (Deuteronomy 34:6); Satan even contended with the archangel, Michael over it, (Jude 9)!

When Abraham took Isaac up the mountain to sacrifice him as instructed by God (Genesis 22:2), he told his 2 men to wait at the bottom of the mountain and he and Isaac would go up to worship and then return to them (Genesis 22:5), even though he was supposed to kill Isaac while they were up there!

The book of Jeremiah was written at a time in history when times and dates were reckoned by the “dating of the kings”; therefore, there is a 110 year correction necessary to get proper dates for actual occurrences or dating of subsequent events from those prophecies, (Companion Bible, Appendix 83 & 86 by E.W. Bullinger).

Genesis 1:3-5 states, “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  And God saw the light, that is was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.  And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night.  And the evening and the morning were the first day” .  So how is it that He didn’t create “lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night” until the fourth day, (Genesis 1:14-19)?

Genesis 1:3-5 states, “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  And God saw the light, that is was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.  And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night.  And the evening and the morning were the first day” .  So how is it that He didn’t create “lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night” until the fourth day, (Genesis 1:14-19)?

King Solomon as well as the Apostle Paul said when one dies their spirit goes back to God who gave it, (Ecclesiastes 12:7 &  II Corinthians 5:8), making no distinction as to whether one is “saved” or not; and remember, Solomon’s statement came before Jesus paid the price!

In the King James Bible, the English word “seed” is used twice in Genesis 3:15, and is rendered from the same Hebrew word (zera) both times; so why is the word believed to mean Eve’s flesh and blood children (her blood line) but to only be spiritual when talking about Satan’s children?

Practically everyone has heard about the walls of Jericho having fallen down under the direction of God through the leadership of Joshua; but did you know that wall was so thick that houses were built on top of it and people lived there, (Joshua 2:15)?

In view of the parable in Luke 16:24 where the rich man begged for water, should we assume the spiritual body (after we leave the flesh) will require water to be sustained; or is it just a figure of speech?

Were you aware that before “Noah’s” flood, the sons of God (angels) took wives of the daughters of men (flesh women), and procreated a race of giants (mighty men), (Genesis 6:1-4)?

Although Jezebel was married to Ahab, king of Israel, she was actually a daughter of Satan which is evidenced by the word “bel” in her name as well as by her actions; and she ultimately was thrown from a tower window to her death and the dogs ate her body because God said, “the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field” (II Kings 9:37).

Although Rahab was in the lineage of Jesus, she is called a harlot in the Bible; however, it is likely that she was not actually a harlot but was called that because of men’s jealousy over her successful flax business, (Joshua 2:1-6)!

Moses was the highest of the Levitical priests, contended with Pharaoh, performed many miracles, led the children of Israel out of Egypt, went up on Mt. Sinai and conversed with God, gave Israel the 10 commandments, led the children of Israel for 40 years in the desert, and was considered by God to be the greatest prophet that ever lived, (Deuteronomy 34:10-12); but he was not allowed to go into the Promised Land, (Deuteronomy 34:4&5)!

At the end of this age, the “two witnesses” will be killed and their bodies left in an arena (public square) in Jerusalem for 3½ days so all can see, (Revelation 11:7-9); after those 3½ days they will come back to life and the people will be gripped with a paralyzing fear or epi pipto phobos megas” in the Greek, (Revelation 11:11)  It even sounds scary in a language I can't speak!

The first of the Ten Commandments declares, “Thou shalt have no other gods before Me”, (Exodus 20:3); does that mean there are other gods besides our Father?

Solomon was the wisest man that ever lived, with the exception of Jesus of course (I Kings 3:12); but he had 300 wives and 700 concubines (I Kings 11:3).  What in the world was he thinking?

If you inherit the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, you must become just like Him, (I John 3:2)!

If you had been born, reared and died deep in the rain forest of Brazil, never having heard of civilization or Jesus Christ, would you still have a chance for salvation?

If the “antics” of some Christians embarrass you, how do you think they make God feel?

Simeon and Levi were 2 of the patriarchs of Israel but were left out of the blessings given by Jacob because they went into a town with swords and killed every male there in retaliation for a certain prince named Hamor having seduced their sister; and Levi was in the blood line of Jesus, (Genesis 34:1-25)!

****************************************

By the time Moses and the children of Israel crossed the Red Sea while leaving their Egyptian captivity, those that were left of the Egyptian people were sick and covered with boils, their livestock was devastated, they were infested with fleas & frogs, their crops were destroyed, their water was contaminated, all their first born sons and first born animals were dead, their Pharaoh and army were all dead, and the entire country with all of its inhabitants was a total shambles, (Exodus 7:19 thru Exodus 14:28)!  Don’t mess with God!

If life begins at birth as some proponents claim, how is it that John the Baptist leaped when he was only 6 months in the womb of Elizabeth at the presence of the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:41); and that was soon after Mary had conceived?

Jesus’ ancestry can be traced by a single thread, (Genesis 38:28&29; Luke 3:33)!

Abraham fathered Isaac through Sarah the Hebrew and Isaac’s blood line went on to include the 12 tribes of Israel; Abraham fathered Ishmael through Hagar the Egyptian and Ishmael’s blood line went on to include the 12 tribes of Arabia, (Genesis).

Reuben, the first born of the patriarchs of Israel, slept with Bilhah, his father Jacob’s concubine or common law wife, (Genesis 35:22); and Jacob never forgave him, basically leaving him out of the blessings, even though the first born normally would have received the birth right, (Genesis 49:3&4)!

Did Jesus really walk on water, (Matthew 14:25); or is it possible there was no water in the dimension He was in at the time?

When God told Abraham and Sarah that they were going to have a child, they both laughed because Sarah was 89 years old and Abraham was 99, (Genesis 17:17 & 18:12); and when the child was born, God named the child Isaac, which means “laughter” or “he laughs”, (Smith’s Bible Dictionary).

If the punishment fits the crime and Eve ate an apple, why is it that she and Adam immediately realized they were naked; and why did God cover their genitals, impose pain in childbirth on Eve and sentence Adam to support Eve and their offspring by the sweat of his brow, (Genesis 3:6-19)?  In other words, all of their chastisements were such that one might expect to find after a sexual indiscretion!

Some people believe the Garden of Eden to have been on the Pamir Plateau, which lies between Russia and China; it has all of the geographical characteristics as described in the Bible, and ancient Chinese history records a great deluge from that area that destroyed their crops for some seven years (Tracing Our Ancestors by Frederick Haberman).

If “man” has evolved from lower life forms, why are there no “in-between” creatures running around the earth today, or at least some fossil remains of them? You know, like half man/half ape type creatures!

If you are one of God’s chosen, Israel, you were guaranteed salvation before you were ever even born, (Romans 11:26).

Of all the famous spiritual icons that have lived down through the centuries like Buddha, Confucius, Muhammad, Gandhi, etc., Jesus was the only one that actually claimed to be God!

Faith is like a light bulb; although it might be very bright today, it must be turned on every day to continue that brightness!

If God is supernatural, that means He is more natural than we are; and if we have a little common sense, He must have a whole lot of it!

When God created the heavens and the earth, all of “the sons of God” were there and shouted for joy, (Job 38:4-7).

Did you know the translators of the original King James Version of the Bible wrote a letter to the reader (which was in the 1611 version) that suggests it’s alright if you scrutinize their work and even if you disagree with them?

If Jesus came to save the world and through Him all flesh will be saved, (John 3:17 & Luke 3:1); how is it that some people will go to hell?

Did you know the phrase “ashes to ashes and dust to dust” is not in the Bible?

The first 37 chapters of the book of Job are not necessarily to be understood as Biblical truth, because they are for the most part a record of Job’s friends offering him their opinions and advice, (Job 1 thru 37)?

Did you know Lot’s daughters got him drunk, seduced him and became pregnant by him because they feared their blood line would not be carried on, (Genesis 19:33-36)?

Instead of saying "did you know" that little tid-bit of information, maybe I should have said "do you really need to know"!!

The subject of I Thessalonians 4:17 is actually “concern for people that are already dead” as set in verse 13, not the “rapture”; and in Greek, an additional subject cannot just be inserted in the middle of a thought.

The Bible states that Moses’ father-in-law (Reuel) was a Kenite (a son of Cain) thus making Moses’ wife a Kenite (Judges 1:16); but Ruel was actually a priest of Midian from the blood line of Abraham (Exodus 3:1 & Genesis 25:1&2), thus his title, "Jethro".  He and his family were considered Kenites only because they lived in the land of the Kenites, much like you might be a Virginian or North Carolinian.

This nation was set up and prepared by God, (Revelation 12:6); and our founding fathers wrote the Constitution and the Bill of Rights around that preparation.  The famous “separation of church and state” clause that is so often referred to from our Constitution was not intended to protect our government form Christianity; rather it was intended quite the other way around, so as to protect our right to worship from government imposition.

Anti-Christ will be very lovable and claim to be God, (II Thessalonians 2:4); and through that guise he will deceive the whole world, (Revelation 12:9 & Revelation 13:3).

It is obvious that the Apostle Paul used the word “cloud” as a metaphor to symbolize a large group of people in Hebrews 12:1; so was he using the word "clouds" as the same metaphor in I Thessalonians 4:17?

Cain is not mentioned in the genealogy of Adam in Genesis 5, but has his own separate family tree as recorded in Genesis 4:17-22; but wouldn’t he have been part of Adam’s family regardless of his iniquities?

The Old Testament is sometimes regarded as not being pertinent for Christians today because of the notion that the New Testament took its place, but Jesus and the Apostles made the Old Testament part of the New Testament by quoting many of its passages.

The book of Revelation records two accounts of white horses; one is Jesus Christ returning to fulfill His second advent (Revelation 19:11), and the other is a fake coming to impersonate Christ, (Revelation 6:2)!

The Bible declares that salvation comes by grace through faith, not by works lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2:8&9); but wouldn’t the conscious effort to not sin be considered works designed to affect one’s salvation?

In the Bible the Pharisees believed in life after the flesh (they were “fair I see”); but the Sadducees did not (they were “sad you see”).

The reason you were created was for God’s pleasure (Revelation 4:11); how do you think that might be working out?

Have you ever considered the possibility that “eternity” might be a concept of space rather than a concept of time; wouldn’t that make it easier to understand how God can be “eternal”?

You really only have to observe 2 commandments:  love God and love your neighbor (Matthew 22:37-40).

Have you ever thought about the impossible logistics of the Exodus; if everyone required ½ gallon of water each day, it would have taken 1,500,000 gallons of water per day for 3,000,000 people if no one ever took a bath, and that was in a desert for 40 years?

Did you know there is an acrostic in the book of Ester that declares the real name of God?

Conventional wisdom teaches that the time of anti-Christ and/or his army on this earth (Satan’s tribulation) will be 7 years; but God said He would shorten that time for the elect’s sake (Matthew 24:22), and according to the book of Revelation that time might just be the time of the locust, which is 5 months (Revelation 9:5&10).

Were you aware that the original King James Bible included Apocryphal books between the Old Testament and the New Testament that did not make the canon and are not included in the newer versions, but many scholars think they should be?

If evolution is a valid theory, why does a snail today look just exactly like a snail in the fossil record; shouldn’t it have evolved?

Did you know the Bible was written almost entirely in Hebrew and Greek, with only a few exceptions; one of those exceptions is from the word “Syriac” in Daniel 2:4 thru Daniel 7:28, which was written in Aramaic?

Have you ever considered that the Bible was only written to the family of God, and the only time it even mentions anyone else is when they have some interaction with that family?

If sinning, not being baptized, not going to church, etc. will keep you from salvation, why didn’t Jesus say so in John 3:16 or why didn’t Paul and Silas say so in Acts 16:31?

Luke was a medical doctor and the “thumb print” of his writings is his repeated use of medical terms in describing certain things, such as the “gulf” (Greek chasma – a gape as in a wound) between Lazarus and the rich man (Luke 16:26).

Many people have taught down through the years that God cursed Ham because of his indiscretion against Noah, (Genesis 9:20-22); but actually God didn’t curse Ham at all, Noah did, (Genesis 9:25-27).

The Apostle Paul not only watched, but actually attended the coats of the Pharisees as they stoned Stephen to death (Acts 7:58-60)!

Indiana Jones may have it now, but on the final day of this age the Ark of the Covenant will be in Heaven (Revelation 11:19).

Did you know that King David, the King of Israel

who was a direct ancestor of Jesus, sent Uriah the Hittite to his certain death on the battlefield (II Samuel 11:2-5) because he had been with Uriah’s wife Bathsheba, and made her pregnant (II Samuel 11:15-17)?

The writer of the book of Luke in the New Testament was more than likely not an Israelite, but a proselyte (Colossians 4:11&14).

Have you ever considered that it is a likely possibility that Judas will live forever in as good standing as every other saint (Matthew 19:28)?

Judah, the patriarch of the bloodline of Jesus (the Jews), lay with his own son’s wife Tamara, got her pregnant and then tried to have her killed (Genesis 38).

Anti-Christ will be so well liked, so willing to help everyone, and so convincing, he will deceive even the few people who know the truth (God’s elect) if God doesn’t shorten his allotted time, (Matthew 24:22-24).

Solomon said, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and

that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun(Ecclesiastes 1:9),  which is a Hebraism that means there is nothing new since the rejuvenation of the earth, which is documented beginning in Genesis 1:3; so are we to think there were people, cars, etc. before that time?

The “crossed blessing” of Esau and Jacob (Genesis 27: 28&29) as well as that of Ephraim and Manasseh (Genesis 48:14), were types of the Crucifixion; instead of the firstborn of Israel (Jesus) receiving the blessing, He was murdered and the nations (gentiles, or last to be “born”) were blessed, as symbolized by the Cross Jesus was on?

The Apostle Paul was taken to the 3rd Heaven (II Corinthians 12:2); considering there is a Heaven now, does that mean there was one before?

If “sinners” are destined to live in a place called hell, begging for water and being tortured for all of eternity by searing flames, why did Jesus say a person would either live or perish (John 3:16)?

In the book of Revelation, Christ finds no fault with the churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia; and the one thing they have in common is the fact that they know who the people are that claim to be Jews and are not (Revelation 2:9 &3:9).

The Bible states that before “Noah’s flood” the

earth was under a “firmament” (Genesis 1:6-8), which some believe created 2 atmospheres of pressure, increased oxygen and other elements as well as protected the earth from UV rays and cosmic dust; that quite possibly is why people lived hundreds of years prior to that flood.

It is not commonly taught, but is it possible that the Bible declares that Satan has children on this earth (Genesis 3:15, Matthew 13:38, John 8:44)?

Jacob crossed his hands when he blessed Ephraim and Manasseh, giving the birthright to the younger (Genesis 48:14); and many scholars believe that crossing of the hands was symbolized with the cross in the British flag.

Even though B.C. means “Before Christ”, Jesus is thought by many scholars to have been born around 4 to 2 B.C.

Is it proper to preach salvation to a church full

of “saved” people?

Practically everyone knows that Moses parted the waters of the Red Sea for the children of Israel to cross, (Exodus 14:21); but not so many are aware that Elijah parted the waters of the Jordan River so he and Elisha could cross, (II Kings 2:8).

The Apostle Paul said everyone will die once,

(Hebrews 9:27); but although they lived and breathed like everyone else, Enoch and Elijah have not done that yet (Genesis 5:24, Hebrews 11:5, & II Kings 2:11).

Did you know Jesus was more than likely “conceived” on December 25th and born on or around September 29th, depending upon the year His birth occurred?

The prefix “anti” in the New Testament comes from

a Greek primary particle that can mean “instead of”, not necessarily “against”, (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of The Bible, Greek #473); and that might make some re-assess their understanding of anti-Christ.

Did you know Abram wasn’t lying when he claimed his wife Sarai was his sister (Genesis 20:12)?

Christ was on this earth following the children of Israel in the desert after their release from the Egyptian captivity thousands of years before He was ever born of the Virgin Mary (I Corinthians 10:4).

When Jesus said, “follow me” to Simon Peter and Andrew (Matthew 4:19) and to James and John (Matthew 4:22), they quit their jobs, left their families, and went with Him without even asking why; and remember, they didn’t know what we know, or did they?

There is compelling evidence to support the belief that the rapture theory was started in the year 1830 by a girl named Margaret McDonald (The Incredible Cover Up by Dave McPherson).

Some people in the Bible were called Jews because they were of the bloodline of the patriarch Judah, but some were called Jews because they were from Judea.

The people present in Jerusalem on the first Pentecost day were of 120 different languages and dialects; yet every person there understood every word that was said in his own dialect when the followers of Christ “spoke in tongues” (Acts 1); now that’s a miracle!

When the angel in Revelation told John he was going to show him the bride, the Lamb’s wife, why did he show him the holy Jerusalem (Revelation 21:9&10)?

Trying to describe God in terms of age would be

like trying to describe your shoe size in ounces or hours; the unit of measure does not fit the intended object of measurement.

**************

Not too many years after the Ten Northern Tribes of Israel began to be released from their Assyrian captivity, people started showing up and settling in the British Isles; and they later began to settle the USA and Canada, becoming known as Caucasians, because they were believed to have migrated across the Caucuses Mountains into Britain.

Although the general consensus among Christians is that hell is a place where lost souls stay forever, the Bible says that death and hell will be thrown into the lake of fire, (Revelation 14:20); of course, the apostle Paul said basically the same thing in I Corinthians 15:54&55.

The Apostle Paul said if you go to a foreign land to teach the Gospel and don’t speak the language, you should take an interpreter; otherwise the only ones who will know what you are saying are God and the angels (I Corinthians 14).

Elijah was taken to heaven in a “whirlwind”, (II Kings 2:11), which was the same “whirlwind” God traveled in to visit Ezekiel, (Ezekiel 1:4); but if the Bible had been written in our day, “whirlwind” would probably have been written as “space craft”!

The Pharaoh during the time of Abram, desired Sarai because of her beauty although she was 65 years old,(Genesis 12:11-16)!

John the Baptist started his ministry before Jesus paid the price for the sins of the world; so why was he baptizing people and telling them to repent since they could not, by that act, be forgiven for their sins?

As cold is the absence of heat and dark is the absence of light, so is evil the absence of God.

If a person stays in the grave after the death of the flesh until that final trump is sounded at the end of the age, how is it that Moses and Elijah were talking with Jesus after their deaths, (Luke 9:30)?

Did you know the Apostle Paul taught the Gospel in the British Isles, and most probably wrote a 29th chapter of Acts?

If the earth is approximately 6000 years old, when did the dinosaurs live; and how did things like all the fossil fuel, diamonds, etc. form in such a short time?

If God has chosen some people (Ephesians 1:4) and predestined them to salvation (Romans 11:26), what happened to their free will?

Jesus said some people would claim to have done wondrous things in His name and He would tell them, “I never knew you”, (Matthew 7:22&23); but the only way He could never have known them is if they are done away with as if they had never existed, right?

"Eternity” could involve more than just your salvation.

The Bible states, “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain”; but did you know God is not His name(Exodus 6:3)?

God loves all of His children, how is it that He hated Esau (Malachi 1:3 & Romans 9:13)?

Jesus never spoke to the multitudes unless He spoke in parables (Matthew 13:34).

Does God really expect you to love your enemies while He tortures His own children for all “Eternity”?

If Adam & Eve were the only 2 people at the time of their creation, who did Cain marry when he went to the land of Nod (Genesis 4:16&17)?

If God changed the health laws of Leviticus 11, allowing us to eat unclean animals like pork and shellfish, when did He change the human body to accept those things without our becoming ill?

Sarah was 90 years old when she gave birth to Isaac, and Abraham was 100

(Genesis 21:1-5)!

If to “see someone’s nakedness” is to “uncover” their nakedness (Leviticus 20:17), what exactly did Ham do in Genesis 9:22 according to Leviticus 20:11?

Prophecies given in the Bible concerning the children of God are given in days (suns), i.e. Daniel 8:14; and prophecies concerning Satan’s children are given in months (moons), i.e. Revelation 13:5.

God is a man of common sense, and so should you be (no gender intended).

Did you know that words in Hebrew and Greek have numerical values, because neither of those languages has a separate numbering system and the letters of their alphabet double as numbers?

The Massorah, a set of manuscripts with footnotes in the margins, “locks in” scriptures so they can never be forged or changed without detection?

Deborah was the first and only woman judge of Israel before Israel had kings; and when she gave Barak God’s instructions to go to war, he nor any other man of Israel would go fight unless she led them, which she did (Judges 4:4-9)!

How could man replenish the earth (Genesis 1:28) if it hadn’t been “plenished” before?

God is against the method and very unhappy with the people that teach His children to “fly” to save their souls (Ezekiel 13:18-20).

Since there was no punctuation in the original manuscripts of the Bible, how do we know which of the following Jesus said to the malefactor on the cross next to Him:  “Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise” or “Verily I say unto thee To-day, shalt thou be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43)?

If God will send some to hell because they do not love Him or because they don’t “believe”, how is it that He said it is His will that all should come to repentance (I Timothy 2:3&4; II Peter 3:9); is He not capable of exercising His own will?

Did you know that Elizabeth the mother of John the Baptist and Mary the mother of Jesus were cousins; and since Elizabeth was a Levite, Jesus was not just a Jew but part Jew and part Levite?

The first letter of each of the names of the five people buried in the cave at Machpelah (Isaac, Sarah, Rebekah, Abraham, Leah) form an acrostic that spells Israel, (Genesis 49:31).

The English word “usury” (interest on borrowed money) as used in Deuteronomy 23:19, was rendered in the English Bible from the Hebrew word nashak, the definition of which is “to strike with a sting, as a serpent” (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of The Bible, Hebrew # 5391).

God said if you confess with your mouth and believe Jesus rose from the dead you would be “saved”, (Romans 13:9); He then said every knee will bow and every tongue will confess, (Isaiah 45:23 & Romans 14:11)!

Ezekiel said, “And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour amber, out of the midst of the fire”, (Ezekiel 1:4); but in translating the words “colour amber” to English, it would probably more accurately be said that it had the appearance of bronze, polished spectrum metal or glowing metal, (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, Hebrew #5869 & #2830).

The “rapture of the church” would certainly include God’s elect, so why did Jesus say those days of tribulation at the end of this age would be shortened for the elect’s sake, (Matthew 24:22)?

The phrase, “the seal of God in their foreheads”, in Revelation 9:4 is a figure of speech that means to know God’s truth; and that is tantamount to the meaning of the figure of speech, “and receive his mark in his forehead” that references anti-Christ in Revelation 14:9.

There were originally 13 colonies that formed what was to become the United States of America, and there were 13 ships in our original navy.  There are 13 letters in our national emblem (the “American Eagle”), an olive branch with 13 leaves and 13 olives in the right talon of the Eagle and 13 arrows in its left talon, a scroll in its beak on which are written 13 letters (“E Pluribus Unum”), a cloud above that in which shine 13 stars; there are 13 bars on our flag and 13 rods in our National mace, 13 courses of stone on the Great Pyramid which is on the reverse side of our Great Seal, 13 letters written above it (“Annuit Coeptis”), and 13 clumps of grass in front of it.  Altogether there are 13 “13s” in our heraldry; and probably not so coincidentally, Manassah was the 13th tribe of Israel!  And by the way, 13 is the number for “rebellion” in Biblical numerics, go figure!

When the children of Israel (about 3 million people) crossed the Red Sea during "the Exodus", the “parting of the waters" had to be approximately 3 miles wide so they could march 5000 abreast in order for all of them to get across in one night.

The end of this age will be as it was in the days of Noah, (Matthew 24:37) with one taken out of the field and one left (Matthew 24:40); so which ones were taken and which ones were left in the days of Noah?

Jesus is arguably the only person in history, religious or otherwise, by whom all time has since been reckoned, as in B.C. and A.D.

Where the scripture states, “And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life” (Genesis 1:20), the King James translators rendered the word “life” from the Hebrew word nephesh; but 472 other times out of the 754 times nephesh appears in the Hebrew manuscripts, they translated it as “soul”.  What would it have meant to the English reader if they had chosen to use the word “soul” in this scripture rather than the word “life”, and which one should they have used?

Most people believe the church at large is under a mandate called “the great commission”, which makes it their responsibility to save lost souls; so how does that fit with the scripture that declares no matter how much you “preach” to a non-believer, he will not be interested unless and until he is drawn by the Father, (John 6:44)?

Brimstone (sulfur) is neither a good conductor of heat nor caustic to the skin, so why is Hell’s fire mixed with brimstone in the analogy (Revelation 20:10)?

When Cain was banished from his family and went to the “land of Nod” (Genesis 4:16), it is thought by many that he went to Ethiopia and married women from the Ethiopians and Mongols, fathering many hybrid races; and there is considerable evidence to conclude that he in fact became the Acadian king Sargon, claiming much of the world and ruling for many years, (Sargon the Magnificent by Mrs. Sydney Bristowe).

There’s a real possibility that Judas was murdered rather than having committed suicide because he was found disemboweled as well as hanged (Acts 1:18).

If God heard and answered Jesus’ prayers, and Jesus prayed that God’s will be done (Matthew 6:10), would that mean all will be saved according to II Peter 3:9?

Did you know the last 12 verses of Mark 16, which include the controversial instructions concerning casting out devils, speaking with new tongues, serpent handling, poison drinking, and the laying on of hands, do not belong in the canon according to many scholars?

Contrary to the declarations of the pseudo-scholars on “The Discovery Channel”, Jesus had auburn hair and blue eyes, (The Archko Volume & A Description of Jesus Christ by Pubilus Lentrelus).

A day without the Word is a step closer to evil.

God “created” (bara’) man and woman on the sixth day (Genesis 1:27), and on the 7th day He rested (Genesis 2:2); but there was still no farmer, so God “formed” (yatsar) a specific man, (Genesis 2:5-7) who’s mate was not formed at that time but later surgically taken from that man’s body (Genesis 2:21&22).

If God is a “consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:29), what will He consume?

Jesus told the Apostle Paul to declare the Gospel to three different “levels” or “types” of people:  the Gentiles, the kings, and the children of Israel, (Acts 9:15); and Paul always taught on 3 different levels at the same time, making it possible for all people to receive the truth at their own level of understanding. Now that is a miracle!

How could a person return to the Father if they were not with Him before, (John 3:13)?

If Adam & Eve were the first and only 2 people, how is it that there are different races now?

If man has all of the answers, isn't it pointless to ask the questions?

If Christ is going to rapture the church, who was Jesus instructing to endure “unto the end” in Matthew 24?

If all the elements are to be melted with fervent heat and the earth destroyed (II Peter 3:10), where will Christ rule and reign for 1000 years, (Matthew 25:31 & Revelation 20:4)?

If everyone must be “born again” to be “saved”, why did Paul say some were predestined to salvation, (Romans 8:29)?

Why did Paul say to put on the whole armor of God so you can stand (Ephesians 6:11) if the church is going to fly in the rapture; wouldn’t armor be a little heavy for flying?

The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), and most of us are grossly underpaid!

Your image should be a reflection of an angel, (Genesis 1:26).

The word “everlasting” implies time, and time only applies to things that are corruptible.

The Apostle Paul preached so long one night that a young man went to sleep and fell out of a 3rd story window to his death, and Paul went down and brought him back to life, (Acts 20:7-10); some things never seem to change!

Did you know the stone Jacob slept on (Genesis 28:11) known as “Jacob’s Pillar” and also known as the “Stone of Scone” was kept and carried by the Israelites in all of their travels, and in 1296 A.D. was placed under the Coronation Chair of the British Monarchy in Westminster Abbey where it remained until 1996; and every British sovereign since that time (1296) has been crowned atop that stone with the exception of Queen Mary II.

God doesn’t make mistakes, so why did He say it repented (He regretted it) Him that He made man on the earth, (Genesis 6:6)?

If Eve bit an apple, mankind “bit the dust”!

The mothers of the patriarchs of Israel bartered over mandrakes (Genesis 30:14&15), which were plants thought to enhance fertility.

Ham’s son Canaan was the offspring of an incestuous act, (Genesis 9:22-27).

Did you know that 134 times in the text of the ancient manuscripts of the Bible, the scribes (Sopherim) substituted the word “Adonai” (a “generic” title meaning Lord) for “Jehovah” which is of course the name of our Father (Exodus 6:3); so why do you think they might have done that?

Did you know the Bible declares there can never be a world-wide nuclear holocaust, (Genesis 8:22)?

Why did God need guards like Lucifer (“the anointed cherub that covereth”) over His throne prior to the creation of this age, (Ezekiel 28:14)?

The New Year as set by God does not begin on January 1; it begins at the vernal (spring) equinox, which is usually on March 20 or 21.

The true Passover as set by God is on Nisan 14 (the 14th day of the New Year) at

evening or after sundown (
Leviticus 23:5), but traditional Christianity observes “Easter” on the 1st Sunday after the 1st full moon after the vernal

equinox, go figure!

Jesus died the day before the Sabbath (Luke 23:53-56) and arose the day after the Sabbath (Luke 24:1), but did you know there were two Sabbaths that week?

The High Priest of the Sanhedrin, Caiaphas, possessed positive knowledge that Pontius Pilate had been an active party to a secret, futile plot to assassinate his father-in-law Tiberius Caesar; and he used that knowledge to blackmail Pilate in to hearing the case of Jesus and seeing to it that He was crucified, (Carlo Franzen, Memoirs of Pontius Pilate).

The moon gives a “fake” light and Bible prophecies given in moons concern the children of Satan, so why do you think the bulk of the Christian world chooses to observe the death and resurrection of Jesus, which is the highest holy day of Christianity, on a day determined by a full moon?

The word “Easter” only appears one time in the entire English Bible, (Acts 12:4); and it doesn’t occur any in the original languages, because the Greek word from which the English word “Easter” was rendered (pascha) is the same Greek word that is translated “Passover” every other time it appears.

Jesus died at approximately 3:00 P.M. on the day before the High Sabbath of Passover, (John 19:31) and He arose when the weekly Sabbath had ended, which was sometime after sundown that day, (Luke 24:1); thus, He died the day before the Sabbath (Passover) and arose the day after the Sabbath (weekly Sabbath), which was indeed 3½ days.

A sacrificial lamb was killed the night before God passed over the Israelites’ dwellings in Egypt prior to the Exodus, so the blood of that lamb would protect them from death, (Exodus 12:3-14); and that is an obvious type of our Sacrificial Lamb, Jesus, fulfilling a similar role for us.

Joseph, the husband of Mary, was reportedly not a very good carpenter but was nonetheless commissioned by the king to build a throne chair, which he built too narrow to fit the king’s rear end; so as the legend goes, in order to save Joseph from the certain wrath of the king, a young Jesus gripped one side of the chair while Joseph gripped the other and they stretched it to fit, a miracle that didn’t go unnoticed by the people who witnessed it,(I Infancy 16:14, “The Lost Books of the Bible and the Forgotten Books of Eden”).

Both the egg and the bunny are things used to symbolize fertility; and the word Easter is an old Anglo Saxon word that didn’t come into existence until around 900 A.D.

Many scholars think Jesus was not actually asking the question, but quoting Psalms 22 when He said, “Eli, Eli, lama Sabachthani?” or “My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken me”, (Matthew 27:48)?

Did you know the man who betrayed Jesus (Judas) and the man who fathered the bloodline of Jesus (Judah) had the same name; because the name “Judas” is the Greek rendering of the name “Judah”?

Caiaphas, the high priest of the Sanhedrin that tried and convicted Jesus, claimed to be of the tribe of Judah; however he actually was appointed by a Roman Governor and was not a Jew by blood at all (Josephus’ Antiquities of the Jews).

At least one report has it that when the vote was cast in Jesus’ trial by the Sanhedrin, forty out of 71 legislative members voted for the dismissal of the case and the freedom of Jesus, (The Drama of the Lost Disciples by George F. Jowett).

Pontius Pilate dashed himself down Mount Pontius Pilate headlong, and perished; then immediately a torrent gushed out of the mountain and washed his body, broken in pieces, into a lake, (Acts 29:18).

Following is one of the curses God promised He would put on the children of Israel if they did not obey His commands: “thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein”, (Deuteronomy 28:30); is there any way that could apply to us right now?

If Jesus’ prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:39) was really a weakness on His part, indicating that He was dreading the Crucifixion, why did He refuse the “gall” (poison) offered to Him on the cross that would have ended it quickly, (Matthew 27:34)?

There have been many Paleo-Hebrew writings dated as early as the 700s B.C. discovered in the U.S.A., mostly on stones near or along waterways like the Rio Grande River, which bear inscriptions such as the Ten Commandments, (Discovery of Ancient America by David Allen Deal); so how it is that Columbus discovered America?

The phrase, “Eli, Eli, lama Sabachthani?” which was uttered by Jesus on the Cross, consists of all Hebrew words except for one Aramaic verb.

The sun is a brilliant “ball of fire” that lights the whole world and is symbolic of the Son, Jesus; the moon is cold, has no light of its own, only mimics the sun by reflection, and is symbolic of the fake entity that will claim to be Christ, (II Thessalonians 3&4).

After the Crucifixion, while Jesus was reportedly in the tomb for 3½ days, He was actually in Paradise teaching the lost souls there, (I Peter 3:10).

If Satan is alive and well on this earth today, why has no one ever seen him?

Many people think Jesus’ prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:39) was in reference to the pouring out of the cup of God’s wrath that would be set in motion by His Crucifixion (Isaiah 51:17-20) rather than a prayer of dread for the Crucifixion.

If Jesus loved everyone and came to save the world, why did He tell the woman in Tyre that He only came unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel, (Matthew 15:24) and then proceed to liken her to a dog, (Matthew 15:26)?

Paul said Christ would not return until after anti-Christ has been here claiming to be God, (II Thessalonians 2:3&4); so is that when He will “rapture” the church?

If some people go to hell when they leave the flesh based on how wicked they’ve been, why is Satan not there yet, (II Thessalonians 2:7-9 & Revelation 12:3)?

***********************

If “Eternity” is a valid concept within the confines of our 4 dimensions, it must be considered in both directions, from now back as well as from now on!

Did you know Jesus visited Glastonbury, England

with his uncle Joseph of Arimathaea; and He quite possibly owned a house and lived there for awhile (The Traditions of Glastonbury by E. Raymond Capt)?

Did you know God instructed the prophet Hosea to

marry a whore, (Hosea 1:2), but later told him to marry an adulteress, (Hosea 3:1); and Hosea consequently complied and married both women?

Peace will mark the end of this age, not wars and

rumors of wars (Matthew 24:6).

How is it that Genesis 1:2 states, “And the earth was without form and void”, but Isaiah 45:18 states it was not?

It is commonly taught that Jesus was poor and of

obscure relatives, but His relationship with His uncle, the affluent Joseph of Arimathea proves otherwise, (Joseph’s testimony, Gospel of Nicodemus).

If the Apostle Paul was a Jew (Acts 21:39), how could he also be of the tribe of Benjamin (Romans 11:1 & Philippians 3:5)?

If you consider Melchzedek, king of Salem, who met Abram on the road after the “war of the kings” in Genesis 14:18-20, one must acknowledge that Christ was on this earth before He was born of a virgin, in light of Hebrews 7:1-3 & John 8:56-58.
